30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached  
• Item must be in original packaging  
• Proof of purchase is required  

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at trendpopcreations@gmail.com.

If your return is approved:
• A return address will be provided  
• You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item  

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

• Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery  
• Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect  
• If confirmed, TrendPop-Creations will cover return shipping and resolve the issue promptly  

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For hygiene, promotional, and pricing reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

❌ Underwear (men’s & women’s)  
❌ Bathing suits  
❌ BOGO / promotional items  
   • If a BOGO return is approved, both items must be returned together  
❌ Sale items  
❌ Gift cards  

International & Overseas Products

Some items ship from overseas or are internationally sourced.

Please note:
• Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts before ordering  
• International sizing standards may differ  
• Size differences due to international standards are not considered defects  

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items  
• TrendPop-Creations covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items only  

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get what you want:
1. Return the approved item  
2. Place a new order once the return is processed  

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Conditions still apply:
• Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging  
• Hygiene-sensitive items (underwear, bathing suits) and BOGO/promotional items remain non-returnable  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
• You’ll be notified of approval or rejection  
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days  

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
